At PortraitArtist.in, all portrait paintings are handmade artworks created specifically for each customer. Because each painting is custom-made, the processing and delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.
1. Order Processing Time
Once the order is confirmed and the required reference photos and details are received, the artwork process begins.
The time required to complete a portrait painting depends on:
• painting size
• number of subjects
• painting style or medium
• current order volume
On average, portrait paintings may take 7 to 21 days to complete.
In some cases, the artwork may take additional time depending on the complexity of the painting. In such situations, we discuss the timeline with the customer before placing the order or during the artwork process if required.
Customers will always be informed if additional time is needed.
2. Shipping Time
After the artwork is completed, the painting is carefully packed and shipped to the customer.
Estimated delivery time:
• Within India: 3 – 7 business days
• International Delivery: 7 – 15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and destination.
3. Shipping Partners
We use reliable courier and shipping partners to deliver artwork safely to customers.
Shipping partners may include national and international courier services depending on the delivery location.
4. Packaging
All portrait paintings are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Packaging may include:
• protective layers
• rigid packaging tubes or boxes
• waterproof wrapping when required
This helps minimize the risk of damage during transit.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
• delivery location

• packaging requirements
Shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
In some cases, shipping may be offered free as part of a promotion or special offer.
6. Tracking Information
Once the order is shipped, customers may receive shipment details or tracking information (when available).
This allows customers to track their package during transit.
7. Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please:
- Take clear photos of the package and artwork
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate solution.
